Case Details

In most primary breast augmentation patients, I am not a fan of high-profile implants. For the first time patient, many times I find them too narrow and over projected. However, this patient desired a larger size and had a fairly narrow rib cage. Doing the race test, she liked 550cc so we did place Allergan style SSF silicone gel implants 560cc (yes through the underarm using a Keller funnel!) It is possible, and with a great result.
