Case Details

Although we are placing more silicone implants than saline, there are still a number of patients that prefer saline. Both implants can give a very different look from each other and in this patient, the roundness of saline is well demonstrated. She is very thin (5’8″ and 118lb) and was looking for a round full breast with saline implants. She had 390cc style 68mp implant filled to 450cc, done endoscopically through the underarm.
