Case Details
This is a 54-year-old female who had been thinking about breast augmentation for quite some time. She was a full B cup and was really hoping to be more into the C range. She’s 5’3″ and after doing our “Rice Test” she thought close to 350 mL would work best for her. We ended up using 345 cc Allergan style SRM silicone gel implants inserted through the under arm. She is a great example of a slightly lower set breast that can get a very natural shape and upper pole fullness with just a moderate sized implant!!
