Case Details

This 25 year old was looking to be a full C-small D cup. At pre-op her photos show a real challenge with very lateral positioned nipples. I think she is a great example though of picking an implant-the width you need-rather than just matching the patient’s natural breast width. Her breasts were 12cm wide but to help avoid a big space “the east/west breast”, I picked an Allergan 405cc SRM implant, 13.25 cm wide, giving her cleavage and a great result.
