Breast Augmentation

Case Details

This is a good example of the challenge of augmentation in a lower set breast but still accomplished through the under arm. I had a long discussion with the patient about the lower set breast and almost pseudoptosis presentation. The patient really wanted to avoid a lift and we decided to proceed through the under arm using the endoscope and a Keller funnel with 445cc Allergan style SRM silicone implants. Postoperatively, at almost a year, she shows a very natural result and no double bubble.
