This 44-year-old patient had breast-fed two children and now was looking to still be a C cup size but with more fullness in the upper pole and up off her tummy, the classic mastopexy augmentation! A Brazilian lift was done with 270cc saline implants under the muscle, showing saline can give good upper pole fullness and with good skin, no rippling.
