Case Details

39 Year old who 6 years before had 460cc saline implants placed aove the muscle. Since surgery, she always felt her breasts were too big and too heavy feeling. She wanted to be smaller and lifted. I removed her old implants, put new allergan style 15 silicone implant under the muscle, 250cc on the right and 300cc on the left and then did a Brazilian full mastopexy.
