She is a 39 year old and 5 c-sections later, felt it was time for a Mommy Makeover. She wanted to get back into a bikini and was hoping for a good D cup afterwards. She underwent 5 1/2 hours of surgery with a breast lift/reduction and 510 Gel implants, lipo of the hips, inner thighs and abdomen and also a tummy tuck.
