Case Details

This patient’s anatomy was slightly more challenging just with the lateral orientation of her breasts and asymmetry. She decided to go a little bit larger than her initial thought, to help close the gap in the middle. We placed 445cc Allergan style SSM silicone implants through the underarm using the endoscope and the Keller funnel. She is very happy.
