Breast Augmentation

Case Details

I think this patient is a good example of breast augmentation in patients who have tissue and a little bit of droop. Often, we see “before” pictures with patients that are a small A cup. This patient presented with a little bit of droop and a full B cup already. She was looking to be a full D and normally with this amount of relaxed tissue I would change technique but we decided to do through the under arm with an Allergan style SRM silicone gel implant 405cc using the endoscope and a Keller funnel, now shown seven months after surgery with a very natural slope.
