Every once in a while, you can change the natural shape of her breast with an implant. This 28-year-old already started with a good shape however with a little bit of asymmetry. Her right breast was shaped more like a “U” underneath and her left one more like a “V”. We placed 300cc Allergan style SRLP silicone gel implants through the underarm using the endoscope and by doing a full inferior pole muscle release, the implant was able to give a bit more round appearance to the bottom on that left side, now seen six months postop.
