Case Details

This 31 year old presented with slight assymetry of her breasts, with her left breast being a bit more full and “V” shaped at the bottom than her right. She chose saline implants and wanted to be right on the C-D cup-side border. Allergan 68 LP 350 saline implant were placed through the underarm, and then filled to 370 bilaterally. She is a great example of how saline implants can also give a very natural result.
