This 49-year-old female was looking for the classic mommy makeover. She had saline implants placed 20 years prior (440cc) and was looking to exchange her implants for silicone while still retaining some upper pole fullness, and then lift her overlaying breast tissue up off her tummy. She was also looking for a tummy tuck to fit and feel better in her clothing and be back into a bikini. At surgery we exchanged her implants for Allergan style SCM silicone implants 360cc bilaterally and did a Brazilian lift on top of that. Liposuction to the tummy, lateral breast, and hips for a total of 2300cc out and abdominoplasty. Surgery took six hours, and five months later she looks and feels great!
