Breast Mastopexy

She is a 39 year old and 5 c-sections later, felt it was time for a Mommy Makeover. She wanted to get back into a bikini and was hoping for a good D cup afterwards. She underwent 5 1/2 hours of surgery with a breast lift/reduction and 510 Gel implants, lipo of the hips, inner thighs and abdomen and also a tummy tuck.

38 yr. old 34 C with droop after one child. She requested a “D” cup and underwent a Brazilian breast lift (superior pedicle mastopexy) with sub-muscular Regular profile silicone gel implants 420cc under the muscle.

This patient is a 51 year old who breast fed...a lot! A total of 4 years, and now recently had a 40lb weight loss. She shows Grade II droop and desired a full breast list with implants. She underwent a brazilian lift with Allergan 330 style 10 gel implants under the muscle, with a much more youthful supported result.

39 Year old who 6 years before had 460cc saline implants placed aove the muscle. Since surgery, she always felt her breasts were too big and too heavy feeling. She wanted to be smaller and lifted. I removed her old implants, put new allergan style 15 silicone implant under the muscle, 250cc on the right and 300cc on the left and then did a Brazilian full mastopexy.

5’5” 35 yr. old smoker with droop, now wanting to be larger and lifted, and asking for her “old breast back from before”! We did a Brazilian breast lift with sub-muscular 425cc saline bilaterally and at 8 months, her scars are fading, and is a 34 C.

5’7” 130lb. 23 yr. old one child 6 months prior, now with droop and loss of fullness. Underwent a Brazilian breast lift with 475cc saline filled to 520cc under the muscle  for a 34 D and now…is thinking about having another child….
