I include this patient because there is a temptation by some surgeons to overuse high profile implants. This patient wanted a good size and was only 12cm wide at her breast diameter, so it may be tempting to use a high-profile implant but looking at her pre op, I saw a slightly larger cleavage space and I felt a moderate profile would be a better choice to get cleavage. So, we placed an Allergan SRM 405cc Moderate Profile standard silicone gel implants with a great result.
