This shows a typical incision close to one year later for the underarm approach I use for Transaxillary Breast Augmentation. It’s difficult to see. I love this technique and very rarely do I get a patient with a scar that needs revision. I am also a firm believer in using the endoscope to allow visualization during the procedure.
