This patient presented with a fairly unusual presentation. Sixteen years prior she had saline 425 cc implants placed under the muscle. Six years laters, she changed to silicone 550cc but had a post op complication of bleeding and infection, requiring a removal of her right implant, as well a some tissue and muscle. A year later, she had reconstruction with Alloderm and new 375cc gel implants. She then came to me 9 years later, wanting to be back to her larger size, which she missed. In addition to feeling too small, she felt her breasts had an odd shape with too much at the top. At surgery, I found a gel rupture on the left side and after revising the capsules and using a sizer, I placed Allergan 410 anatomic 595cc-Style FF bilaterally, giving her a bigger size and better shape.
