Breast Donut Mastopexy

Case Details

One of the more challenging cosmetic breast procedures is in women who have a little too much droop for straight augmentation and not enough droop to qualify for a full lift. This is where a donut or peri-areolar lift comes into play. In this patient her nipple and areola are at the lower part of her breast. She chose 320 cc Allergan SRLP silicone gel implants and I used a very dual plane approach with half of the implant below the muscle and have above, and then did a donut mastopexy!
